I have a room for someone thirty plus who is employed doesn’t smoke and is only a social or non-drinker to share my four bedroom home with three others ( two males 60, 58 and a 40 female all young at heart but not 2.00am ragers.) It is close to parks, shops, transport, school, beach, hotels and cafes. No pets. Off street parking. The home is set up for sharing. You have your own: - pantry, storage (in garage), security window shutter, phone and internet access. (VOIP phone and internet are a small amount extra.) There are two fridges and freezers. Also spa, second outside kitchen, patio/BBQ, surround sound, fax machine, etc., etc., Rent is $140/week and covers gas, water, electricity, foxtel movie/sport package, cleaning (not your room) and consumables. The house is VERY clean and well maintained with a new kitchen and bathroom and new carpets throughout. Room is 4x3 metres and has built in robes but no furniture. However at the moment I have a double bed, dresser and linen if you need it.
