There is currently one large, well-it room available with air conditioning and internet. The location is perfect, close to a shopping centre, train & tram station, the Melbourne University and the city. There are currently three girls living in the house. We are looking for one clean, nice and easy going female to share the house with the girls (two people share a bathroom). The rent is $170 per week and is included in the bill.
